Our Gym
At the Riverside Centre we have our own fully accessible gym.
Equipment includes:
- Treadmill
- Rowing machine
- Free weights
- Cycling machines
To avoid disappointment please call to book a place. Everyone must have an induction before they can use any of the equipment.
The gym is open from 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday
