The Riverside Centre was established in 1981, European Year of Disabled People and has a commitment to equality and empowerment, in all that it does. As a social firm, the Riverside Centre promotes diversity and equality of opportunity in its employment, membership policies and partnership activities. As an Island charity it works with other voluntary providers, statutory agencies and the independent sector: sharing an understanding of diversity.
