The centre offers a comprehensive range of rooms and facilities for people to use or hire, individually or as a group, and organisations.

Sizes vary from small rooms suitable for one-to-one discussions, medium size rooms for meetings and training and larger ones for functions and conferences.

Facilities include loop systems, accessible toilets, raised signage and designated parking.

In addition catering can be provided to meet individual needs, there is also a brailling and photocopying service available on site as well as TV's, videos, flipcharts etc. for hire.

Function Room The Function room is situated at the front of the building. It caters for up to three hundred people and is an ideal venue for conferences, weddings, discos, parties; Catering is tailored to your requirements; full PA system, induction loop, spot lighting available.
Hunnyhill Room The Hunnyhill Room overlooks the River Medina; it caters for up to 80 people and is an ideal venue for large sized meetings, smaller parties. Catering is tailored to your requirements; induction loop, overhead projection, and flipcharts available.
Restaurant The Restaurant overlooks the River Medina; it caters for up to 60 people and is an ideal venue for smaller weddings, parties, and functions. Catering is tailored to your requirements; induction loop, overhead projection, and flipcharts available.
Phase 3 The Phase 3 room is an ideal venue for smaller sized meetings or training purposes; it can cater for 20 people. Catering is tailored to your requirements; induction loop, overhead projection, and flipcharts available.
Computer Room The Computer room can cater for twelve people; it is a fully equipped Information Communication Technology room with six computers, full Internet access, projector, adjustable tables and chairs.
Day Room The Day room is an ideal venue for smaller sized meetings or training purposes; it can cater for 30 people. Catering is tailored to your requirements; induction loop, overhead projection, and flipcharts available.
Workshop The Workshop room overlooks the River Medina, it is an ideal venue for medium sized meetings or training purposes; it can cater for 40 people. Catering is tailored to your requirements; induction loop, overhead projection, and flipcharts available.
Counselling & Therapy Suite The Counselling and Therapy Suite is an ideal venue for small meeting of up to six people.
Resource Room The Resource room is an ideal venue for smaller meetings or training purposes; it can cater for 20 people. Catering is tailored to your requirements; full PA system, induction loop, overhead projection, and flipcharts available.
