Mental health problems can affect people at any time of life and in different ways. They can include anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, self-harm and dementia.
At the Riverside Centre, we can offer a range of support and activities that promote independence, motivation, healthy living, interaction with others and outside activities that enable service users to live a more fulfilling life.

JOBS FAIR - 15TH FEBRUARY
Wednesday 15th February 2012 - the Careers Development Group in association with Isle Work is holding a Jobs Fair at the Riverside Centre. Organisations involved are Fawley Nursery Training Centre, HTP Training, Smart Training & Recruitment and Military Preparation College.
